EXCHANGES AND RETURNS POLICY

RETURNS
Returns will not be accepted, except in cases where the product is not in good condition.
In such cases, you must notify us within 10 days of receiving the item. Products must be returned in their original packaging and using the same shipping method as the original delivery. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs from your home to our facilities, unless it is confirmed that the product was defective. -
EXCHANGES
If you purchased any merchandise item (t-shirts, sweatshirts, etc.) and the size isn’t right, you can exchange it for another size. Please note that exchanges can only be made once and within 10 days of receiving the item. If after the exchange you're still not satisfied with the size, you will only be able to return the product.
Items must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging to be eligible for exchange. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs from your home to our facilities; however, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item back to you. -
